Things are not what they appear. It is because I know this that I am special, unique. Nobody else can see this fact. Most take what they seem to see as truth, but I know that others are not what they appear to be. Knowing this gives me power.

But, I admit, it also scares me. Sometimes I wonder if it would be better to be blind and stupid like the others.

The Mindshear assures me that it is better to see. Of all the others here, only it can see the truth. We work together to explore our power, to try to force things to appear as they truly are. I've known for a long time how to show people the truth. Once they know the truth they understand me and what I have been through, they become their true selves. For a short while they become my friend. I have so few friends. And soon enough their blindness returns and their false form of mind returns.

But with the Mindshear we can force the truth upon them. With the Mindwave we can force others to take their true form, the one that they often don't even know is theirs. With the Mindshear and the power that the other Acolytes can provide, we can make everyone that has become someone they are not to be themselves. When that happens we can all become friends.
