Fresh Awakenings

My eyes are old and tired now. I can no longer see well enough to write. I make this statement because this will probably be the last story that I tell in my life and I do not wish scholars of the future to discount it because it is not written in my hand. You shall recognize my style nonetheless, I am certain.

Druid A Druid is the master of the outdoors and befriends all flora and fauna. Creatures rarely ever attack him unless he attacks first. He is a clerical spellcaster who focuses on all things natural, allowing him to call upon Nature for aid and defense.

…Druid Druids are disciples of the wilds, following the teachings of the Norrathian gods of nature. Druids are primarily a magic-using class, with the ability to wear leather armor and wield blunt weapons and scimitars. Druidic magic takes many forms, allowing the druid to fill a wide variety of roles when in a group or adventuring alone.

Throughout the Plains of Karana and the Mountains of Rathe, very small bands of human and half elven rangers and druids have laid claim to the unkempt ways.

This story begins many years ago when I was a child. I had wandered away from our village and could not find my way back. I spent many a day in the forest, subsisting on grubs and berries. I found myself near death, and knew that I could do nothing but pray that my journey to the beyond would be swift. I think she came to me in the form of a wolf.

…Located inside the southeastern edge of the Jaggedpine Forest, and just outside of Qeynos Hills, the Surefall Glade is home to the human and half elf rangers and druids of Tunare.
