Troll commander from Grobb who led an invasion into a pyramid in the fallen elven realm of Takish-Hiz, was captured by the sorcerer Uinaonuvo, killed and ritually mummified, and rose afterward as an undead mummy of great strength.

Uinaonuvo finally revealed the fate of Galuuk Korr. I was ordered to gather the trollish commander and take him to Uinaonuvo's chambers. There, I was witness to the most terrifying ritual I have ever seen.
Uinaonuvo read from a large tome. His chanting echoed throughout the halls. Galuuk was secured to a large stone slab. I was ordered to end Galuuk's life by slitting his abdomen.
As the troll's blood drained to the floor, Uinaonuvo disemboweled Galuuk's corpse and placed his organs in a rune-covered urn; save for one of his eyes, which Uinaonuvo placed on a small pedestal. "This Eye of Korr shall be sacred. None shall touch it", Uinaonuvo ordered those in the chamber.
He then wrapped the corpse in linens from head to toe. I was then ordered to leave Uinaonuvo's chambers which I gladly did, posthaste.

A series of frightning yells from some of the other guards roused me from my troubled slumber early this morning. I ran to Uinaonuvo's chambers to see Uinaonuvo on the floor in a pool of blood. His head was missing.

After studying Uinaonuvo's tome it has become apparent what his plans were. The ritual involving Galuuk was merely a test before he had the ritual performed on himself.

…Today a small force of trolls led by a vicious commander named Galuuk Korr have invaded the pyramid. Uinaonuvo was ready however. He commanded us to destroy all the invaders, save for the leader Galuuk. It was a bloody battle, but in the end we captured Galuuk. He is now jailed and waits whatever punishment Uinaonuvo has in store for him.

Not only do we have Uinaonuvo's treachery to deal with, but now a small force of trolls from Grobb have taken advantage of Takish's weakness and invaded. They have not yet made it to the pyramid, but reports say that the rest of the city has been pillaged.
